Can Jira Capture create tickets in a separate Jira install?

We'd like to purchase Jira Capture (nee Bonfire) and install on our local instance of Jira.

Some of our clients use their own copy of Jira.

Can we manage our tests and sessions in our instance of Jira, but create tickets in an external version of Jira?

Hi Darren

Yes you can. As long as the external JIRA do have JIRA Capture installed on it. In addition, please make sure that you are to access the direct ip address of the external JIRA as well.
