Hello @Jason Liu ,

Recently we had setup Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket Datacenter cluster on Alibaba Cloud. In which we had Ubuntu as Operating System and Apsara DB RDS. I think as long as Jira is compatible with Operating System and Database engine, you can still install the Atlassian tools.

Note: It is always recommended to setup the non-prod instance first.
