Hi I want to create a mark (like a checkbox) or edit a custom field when a planning (with tempo) is assigned to the ticket(so I can query only the issues without any hours planned.
Can this be done with script runner?

Currently, we do not have option for planner to add custom field, however we would like to invite you to create a feature request for this in our Tempo Ideas portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/.
The Ideas portal is a public portal where our Product Management team tracks all product feedback, new ideas and feature requests. In the same portal you will be able to receive updates on your ideas, see what other Customers are suggesting and also vote on existing requests.
