Can Tempo track available vacation for each user?

I am happy to see the approval mechanism in Labs - however, this solves only half of our problem. We need a way to track exactly how much paid time off a person has accumulated. Each employee receives a certain amount of paid time off each pay period (changes based on length of time with the company). For example, I receive .625 days on the 1st and 15th of the month.

We need a way to keep track of this and allow managers to see the "balance" before approving time off. Is this possible to do with Tempo?

If not, any other suggestions? We have Confluence, JIRA, Team Calendars, etc. and are currently using a spreadsheet and email to do this - painful when you have over 250 employees :/

This is not supported in the current Tempo Timesheets version, but it has been requested in (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTMPO-673)
