Can a JIRA admin access source data for the Average age chart gadget?

I am looking to be able to see the source data  for the Average age chart gadget so my boss can be satisfied that what we are giving him is in fact accurate. Every Once in a while we will see something that doesn't seem to jive with what we think we know about the age of our outstanding issues.

You don't need to be an admin.

The "source data" is the issue history for the issues included, which can be seen by anyone who can see the issues.
