Can a VPN tunnel be created between Bitbucket Cloud and an internal Jenkins Server?

Integration between Jenkins and Bitbucket Cloud is required. But since our Jenkins server is not accessible from the outside world, it works behind a VPN connection, so there is no way to configure Webhooks, sending statuses from jenkins pipelines.

I would like to know if it is possible to link our internal Jenkins server and the repository in Bitbucket Cloud via a VPN tunnel to perform integration?
