Can a form be shared without sharing it on the portal

Hi! Is there a way to just share a link to a form without it having to be "live" anywhere on our help center portal? Example screenshot of our help center. We are wanting to build a form and send the link to specific accounts, but not have it live for the entire company to use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, you can enable a link to the form, there is a checkbox for it under settings. Just note that this link will only be available to users that have access to your instance, meaning that if you want to share the link with customers you have to assign them a Jira license in order for them to have access to the link.

Thank you for your response! I was hoping to have a shareable link to the form to provide to non-users, but not have it live outwardly on the frontend of our portal for the whole company. Essentially, the form needs to be filled out by specific accounts only, and we have found when we publish something for specific accounts -- and clearly note it in the form title -- people still submit outside of the target audience.

We were just hoping to bypass by having a link that goes directly to the form that we can share to the smaller group.
