There is one project which has multiple epics and stories comprising 3-4 sub-projects. Each sub-project is handled by different team having different timelines. Can i maintain 1 scrum board for each of the sub-project and handle the stories and sprints separately ? Is it feasible to start different sprints at different timelines across multiple boards under the same project ? Pls. suggest

Using multiple scrum boards is feasible. One solution is to link stories from different boards back to a feature in a one feature to many stories relationship. Individual stories dwell on the team boards so the team can view their work on their board and the program can see progress at the feature level with a drill down into stories.
Assigning the stories to unaligned team specific sprints can be problematic for reporting status. You can create dashboard to report on team/ sprint/ status using a rich controller and rich gadgets, but it is not an ideal solution and will require some amount of interpretation.
