Can addon load balancing be based on xdm_e context parameter?

I would like to implement load balancing of traffic from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Cloud Addon.

 

Level 7 Load balancer can operate on HTTP request.

Can load balancing be based on xdm_e context parameter?

What are Atlassian plans for this field? Is it so firm I can base load balancer implementation on that?
