Can an Info Panel be part of a Default Value for a Custom Field?

I would like to have an Info Panel be part of the Default Value for a Custom Field. I can set text as a default value, but it can't be formatted at all. Just hoping there might be a way of doing it.

I found this while researching for a solution, as i'm trying to do the same thing. 

The field I want to use is a Wiki Style field, yes. The issue of course is the custom default value portion of Jira is not Wiki Style, so you have to format in Jira's specific Markdown format.

Is there a syntax for info panels that would work?
