Can anyone identify this type of custom field for me?

Can someone please tell me which type of custom field type I choose to get the same look and capabilities as shown in the attached/included screenshot? It's not a multiline "Paragraph (supports rich text)" because that only provides me with a text box. I'm looking for something that provides all the formatting options at the top - A heading-type selector, along with option buttons that let me apply Bold/Italic/Underline and strikethrough to my text, along with bullets, and numbering. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Mike Albanese 

It is a Paragraph field with Wiki renderer.

Change the rendered under field configuration to wiki renderer.
