Can anyone please help regarding jira ticket export data incorrect

In bulk export the date value is incorrect. Start and end date field is different in export file and in jira ticketPlease refer attached screenshot. There is a difference exact  -11:30 hours across all

The export is giving you the raw stored data, unadjusted by your time zone settings.  The -11:30 hours implies you have set your time zone to the edge of China or New Zealand.
