Can different people be notified depending on the type of incident in Jira Cloud?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to notify people according to the type of issue within the same project.

I remain attentive to your answers, thank you very much.

Hello @dhernandezs 

Notification Schemes cannot be made issue type specific. They apply to all issue types in the project.

If you need additional notifications that are conditional you may want to explore Automation Rules. There is an Action available in Automation Rules for sending emails.

If the notification is needed only on a Status Transition, you may find an app that would enable you to add a Post Function to the transition to send email.

If you want a really powerful notification tool, our app, Notification Assistant for Jira would allow you to configure notifications based on Triggers (in this case the events you want to notify on) and then filter the issues using JQL and only notify specified Recipients. @dhernandezs  automation is perfect Solution you just need to put your condition of issue type and send emails accordingly as required. you can send email on any required triggers such as transaction, field value change, etc
