Can existing instances be included / excluded an Enterprise plan?

Hi,

I have the following questions:

- Can an existing Cloud instance be included to an existing Enterprise plan? Is this process automatic or requires a migration?

- Can an existing instance included in an Enterprise plan be "extracted" from the plan to start managin its own users and billing? Is this process automatic or requires a migration?
