Can global permissions for Jira Cloud be modified?

Hello Community!

We are currently delegating permissions for people in the organization, the idea is that certain people can:

*Edit Workflow
*Create Customs Fields
*Create Incidents

etc.

But we do not want them to be able to create Projects.

Is there any permission for them to do those actions omitting the creation of projects?

Hi @dhernandezs 

What you have mentioned as part of your requirement falls under Administer Jira (Global Permission) which cannot be customized, that means it's not possible to create a separate custom Global Permission for the Create Project permission.
