Can i add a tool tip for the Locked attributes in jira cloud ?

Hi,

I wanted to add the tool tip to the attribute Team, as the Team is locked attributes can I add tool tip for the locked attributes ? if yes please help me in giving the steps to achieve it.

thanks for your question. AFAIK it is not possible to edit / modify locked fields configuration.
