Can i add more option under Custom Rule in Automation.
When i select custom rule from Automation , currently it have 3 option
when - if - then
Can i add more fields under THEN, the current options are very limited

For use custom field you can use field_id, you can find it in Issue navigator, when you select your custom field, in the filter you can see id. After that write it in your IF construction. More info about the custom field in this topic
For you several conditions or several THEN you can create as much as need construction. For example
When issue triggered
IF issue field value = BLABLA
Then move issue to status
And comment issue
And .....
