Can i create a field only for admin purpose

Hello Experts,

Can i create a field by giving access only to a particular user group inside a issue type?

Example : Field name - Focus Topic

This field Focus topic with "Yes" or "No" can only be visible and usable by project admins

should not be visible or editable by all users.

OOTB this is not possible in Jira.

There is a open feature request on this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-69298.
