Can i post Jira ticket comments as update on Slack ?

I need to setup an automation where for a project the comments on an in-progress ticket get sent as update to slack channel at a set time.

i need further conditions for this automation

where the time needs to be a range instead of a fixed time.
and also how to add a condition so that instead of all users in a project only specific users comments are shared

Instead of webhooks, can the following be done with Jira appintegrated in slack ?
