AIRY3D is an imaging company and regularly generates filesets which are quite large when debugging issues.
While I know I can workaround the issue by breaking filesets into multiple uploads, it would be much simpler to manager with a large attachment file size.

Yes, you can update the file size by going to Settings > System > Attachments.
The maximum size is indeed 2,048 MB.
No, the maximum attachment size (per file) is 2 GB.

As a workaround you could use Google Drive to upload your files larger than 2GB and then link them in your issue using an app
