Issue: Multiple projects have the same issue/ticket created within them. Since JIRA does not allow you to share one ticket across many projects here is what I think would work
Potential Solution:
1. Create a single Kanban Board
2. Share the Kanban Board with multiple projects
3. Create a workflow for all tickets that show up in the Kanban Board (i.e):
To Do --> In Progress --> On Hold--> Develop --> QA --> Staging -->Production
Outcome: All tickets thats technically the same in the different projects will show up in the Kanban board for central visibility.
Question: Is this doable, feasible, possible and makes sense??
Thank you anyone who can answer this question
You can in one project create a board that will show all issues of all project you want, you juste have to edit your filter in the configuration board.
But the board will be shared to the project only. Will we have to deal with the permission scheme to unable users of others projects to watch it.
Sorry for my english
Hope this helps
Regards.
I want to be able to pull in tasks from multiple projects to a common Kanban board too.
Did you ever get this to work?
