Can non admins use Scriptrunner's Copy Project?

Hi

We wish to enable PMs to copy projects from template.

Can we do it with  Scriptrunner?

No you need to be an admin to access that part of Jira. The only way to possibly do it would be to build something that leveraged the JIRA API.
