Can not invite colleague to jira system

Hi Sri/Madam, 

     I can not  invite my colleague account (hong.li@autocore.ai)  to JIRA system, but for other account is ok. Here is the screenshot, can you help to resove this problem?

Good Day!!

Have faced same issue 2 times so ticket created to Jira support. 

On creation it says the account creates normally but the email is never sent. I had to log a ticket with Atlassian support to get the emails released.

navigating to Directory -> Managed accounts -> reactivate account.
