I can not invite my colleague account (ball.wei@autocore.ai) to JIRA system, I have sent the invitation, but he can not receive the Activate email . Here is the screenshot, can you help to resove this problem?

Could you have been affected by yesterday's incident affecting general user management in the Atlassian cloud? -> Issues in new product activations, user management and user imports
After the issue is resolved, could you please try again to invite the user? :)

If this issue is with only few users and other users are getting invites, please click on "Resend Invite" option in User Management.
If the user is still not getting the email, there might be chance that user went to Atlassian's suppression list where they will not receive any email from Atlassian. In this case you will have to raise a support ticket with Atlassian and they will be able to remove the user from suppression list.
