Can not move issue from sprint to another using board

Hello team

Im using jira (v6.0.2) , i have many sprints planned , the problem that i have is i can't  move one issue from the active sprint to another sprint .

The solution is to remove the issue from active sprint , so it's come back to backlog , and then i can move the issue from backlog to the other sprint (active or not active)  .

Question  why should i go through the backlog to move issue between sprints ?

Is there any solution to move issue between sprints directly without going throught the workflow .

  1: i can drag and drop from backlog to any sprint .

2 : i can drag and drop from sprint that not starts

3 : but i cant move from active (start) sprint to other sprint only i can remove it to get back to the backlog 

Please could you help me , it's the normal behaviour ?
