Hi all,
I have not received any emails from Jira or Bitbucket for a while. We are using Office 365 accounts and on the 27th of August, our license expired with a couple of team members. After that, even though we got the license again, we are not able to receive any emails from Jira or Bitbucket. I have seen some similar posts and their email addresses was in the suppression list. It might be the same for us too. Could anyone check?

Hello, Good day. Go to project settings >> Notification > Project email audit and check for suppressed emails. You can self serve these request.
Hi. It might be related to that, but I don't think so. I will ask the project admin to check.
But, I should get an email for your response but I did not. I don't think it is related to the project specific.
