When I click on My work, the data is loading and giving error message. I have been tried last 3 days but issue issue is same.

Hey Pradeep,
can you please check which browser you use? IE & Edge somtimes show a strange behaviour. Chrome works best. If you use Chrome try to delete your Cookies / Browser history which might do the trick.

Dear Oliver, I am using Edge. Now its working correctly after restart and clearing catche and browsing history.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that the "My work" menu is related to the add-on Clockwork.
Can you please check with your administrator if the add-on is updated?
Is this issue affecting other users?
It's also important to check what browser you are using as Oliver mentioned and if it's updated.
Is it happening only when you access the add-on? Are you able to navigate normally to projects and other pages in Jira?
