Can not see number of items

Hello Team,

I am new here. I am new to Jira admin. I am configured as site and project admin running on Window 10 using Free JIRA lic.

I created a project for test.

i am not able to do number of things:

• can't see "+ add shortcut" in the left column
• i am not able to see the attribute for story dependencies

Any free online taining you recommend?

You are using Jira Cloud, but can’t see the Creat Issue button in the picture below?

Please confirm whether you have assigned the permission to create Issue.
