We are using zapier to integrate InvGate and jira software (cloud).
We are sending by webhook the url of the attached files that are published in the jira Software tickets to another system (invgate), where users should be able to download them.
The problem is that these users do not necessarily have Jira Software credentials, so you cannot access the files.
Do we have the possibility to parameterize the location where Jira stores the attachments, to be able to set a route accessible to all users?
What would be a possible solution?
Thanks in advance!

@Celeste D'Alessandro : Jason here from InvGate.
Maybe we can organize a call between Jira support and myself to speak on this issue.
We define a bash process that on demand downloads the attachment through the API, with this generic user and makes it available in an ftp where domain users can obtain the file.
Https://usuario: password@url del adjunto
Thanks and regards!
