It looks like there’s an issue on JIRA when using a Bug or Code Task Template from the "Apps" --> "Create from Template" feature on Jira Software.
When uploading a file attachment, (e.g. a video, photo, etc.), the upload progress bar does not appear.
Then, clicking the CREATE button shows an error message that the file upload is not done yet. But even after waiting for 1 minute the upload is still not done (upload typically takes less than 5 seconds even for big files).
I’ve been seeing this since last month, but it doesn't seem to be a solid issue since it works half the time.
