Can't Delete Issue

Hi,

I have the permission to delete an issue but the Delete Issue operation is not appearing in More menu. See the screenshots below. Is there something more needed to be able to Delete issue? 

PS: I am aware of all the discussions around why one shouldn't delete issue.

Just as a thought. Try to see the workflow properties for the status in the workflow.

There are no workflow properties set for this issue status. The only property we use is 

jira.issue.editable=false for issues in CLOSED status

I'm site admin, project admin i have everything. But there is no any Delete command on anywhere...

You've checked the permission helper I guess?  If so, then look at the properties on the status the issue is in.
