Can't Disable my last Classic Board

We have migrated off of all of our classic boards and I went in and disabled all of them, but when I get to the very last one in my list and I click "modify" after clicking << like I have done with all the other 20, the board is removed, but the screen doesn't refresh like with all the others and if I go out and come back in, the board reappears. Why can't I disable it?

Using Jira Version 6.0.4 and Jira Agile 6.3.5

You could force people to use the new board with disabling example the 'more' in the dropdown list of Jira Agile ?
