Can't See Done Task on Plans (Advanced Roadmap)

Hi Jira Admins,

There is no filter.

Issue sources are 3 projects. So no board filter on the issue source.

When I transition a task to Done, it disappears on the timeline. Only I can see is progress field.

Issue source is 107 issues when task is open. It's 106 issues when task is done.

There is no exclusion rules or removed issues.

Only thing I added resolution on edit screen. It doesn't set on workflow.

Hello to everyone,

This problem is solved. 

The Jira admin has added the "Set Resolution" post function to the workflow. If anyone is experiencing the same issue, please check the resolution date of the issues.

Going from the data you've shared: There's still two filters active that could influence the outcome of the total issues found:

• Exclude any completed issues after: 100 days.
• The issue could've been in a previous release. 

Both can be checked by looking/editing the missing issue.
