Hi, I just bought Check List plugin from addons, But I can see in issue broad list,

Hi Narek,

After installing the add-on, did you create a Checklist customfield? If you did and have not put any default value in it, it will only appear on the issue detail view if it as value in it. All customfields work this way. Click on the edit button, add an item and it will then be available on the issue detail view.
