Can't access JIRA

Hi Attlassian Team,

I can't access JIRA files in my server.All my files have been encrypted,am not able to start tomcat in my server.screenshort below is displayed whenever i try to open any folder.Please assist

As your screenshot shows, you have to send an email and pay to that.

As far as I know, that's a virus.

Maybe you should search about the extension of your encrypted files to know how to deal with them.
