Can't access localhost:8080 after SSO config - redirecting

I have been trying to get auth(0) to work via the SAML plug in but now when I access localhost:8080 it is redirecting me to an invalid URL and I can't find anyway of accessing JIRA. 

Is there any way I getting into JIRA without going through localhost:8080 ?

I found the answer

If you use SAML, then you can add ?noautosso no the URL.
