Hi Community leader
we use JSM free plan but this morning we're automatically forced to upgrade to standard plan as user agent >3. we reduce it to 3 to keep maximum number of free plan and check the configuration and found out that we can't access portal " https://pclho.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals " and form there is error in the screenshot. In addition, site bar navigator seems to look different from previous access. not sure what is happening. please advise me. thank you.
