We are a team of 6 members, working on a project. But due to some reason we can't able to access to our Jira. It shows like our Jira software product is already active and on the other page it shows like YOUR ATLASSIAN CLOUD PRODUCTS ARE SUSPENDED your subcription for Atlassian cloud hasn't been renewed. If you're a site admin, go to admin.atlassian.com VIEW SITE BILL to update your payment details. But the admin person can't see this project in his Jira account.
Today Jira is supper slow, my teammates from Romania and Ukraine and Romania confirmed that. Hope it will be resolved soon

It is not based on the project - it is your entire instance. The administrator must be the Billing contract. And should go to Settings > Billing then click the Manage link to the right of the product (probably Jira).
Then on the bottom of that screen, you should see Manage in the Credit Card area at the bottom. Click that Manage link.
Then click the Change payment method on the next screen to change the Credit Card.
