Can't access to BigPicture Gantt

Good morning,

I have been trying to access the project Gantt for a few weeks now, but I always get the same error message. It says "Our team is aware of it. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian support".
The error code indicated is: 180MS6Z

How can I reload the project Gantt chart?

I recommend you reach out to BigPicture Technical Support via our Service Desk,  providing us with more details (base URL if you have Cloud instance). BigPicture Team will gladly assist you in pinpointing the exact cause of the issue and provide a solution.
