Can't add another person (9th out of the 10 free ones)

Hi, 

unfortunately I get that error message when I try to add the ninth person to our Project / to Jira:

What can we do to add another person who isn't using Jira yet?

Hi Konrad,

Do you also have Jira Service Management? And are there already 3 free agents there? If so, that is the reason. You need to take out one of the agents, then add your Jira software license, then you can add the Agent back. 

Because you are at the limit of the JSM agents, it won't let you add more software users even though there is capacity.

Welcome to the community!

Have you invited the user to your Jira site? with Invite option?

Try adding them in incognito mode as well.

If it doesn't work, as the error suggest, raise the Atlassian support ticket.
