Can't add comment to issue, UI hangs

I'm trying to add a comment to this issue

After entering my comment and hitting "Add", the spinner to the right of the Cancel control spins forever. A coworker got the same behavior. When I try to edit the issue and add a comment that way I get:

"This issue can't be viewed

The issue you're trying to view can't be displayed.It may have been deleted or you don't have permission to view it right now."

I've been working with this issue for some time with no problems. What's going on? Thanks.

I don't have access to your Cloud instance at this time, so I created another support case for this issue in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-402945

This way one of our Cloud support members can investigate this problem to see if there is a problem with your specific Jira site.
