Can't change my workflow scheme

Hi there. I created a new Workflow scheme so that I can integrate JIRA with Pivotal Tracker following these instructions: https://www.pivotaltracker.com/help/integrations

The last step is to change the scheme for the project.

When I attempt to do so. I see no 'change' button.

Nor does the Change button on the workflow page exist...

Please help.

click the "more" link, then you should see a button that says "actions" at the top right of the next page, and select "use a different scheme". Then you should be able to find your new scheme and associate it with your project.
