Can't create issues after upgrading to jira 8

Hello everyone, 

we just upgraded jira to  version 8.14 from 7.12 and everything looks nice, despite we can't create issues. We already check it everything, we deleted some small JS scripts (we checked that AUI have changed, but looks like is not the problem). We entered safe mode in plugins and disabled all plugins too but still not working.

We look at console in chrome and no errors.

When we click in the create button, nothing happens, no errors showing that we need to populate required fields or something like that.

Do you know what it can be?

Welcome to the community.  Once quick question, have you cleared your cache in the browser?   Also are you seeing anything in the error logs on the server?
