Can't download the attached files

When we try to download the attached files in Jira we got the below error:

"Something went wrong. We couldn't generate a preview for this file."

While this option was working properly before.

What kind of attachments are you downloading?

files type (.xlsx) - Microsoft Excel Worksheet.

I suggest you open a ticket with Atlassian support if it happens with any browser and any file type.

See if it happens for new tickets as well.
