Can't edit field on issues

Already check the permission scheme and the workflow.
Its granted and there's no condition or validator

Is there any option where to check the configuration?

Please check if the field is added in "Edit Screen".

i.e. Go to project settings --> Screens
Check what is the screen scheme assigned for the required issue type and modify the assigned edit screen.
