We've run into a problem in Jira Cloud with not being able to edit any issues above Epic in the Plans hierarchy in a specific project. We are using Plans for multiple projects and this is the only one where we are having this problem. According to Permissions Helper, there's no reason why the users I've checked can't edit the specific issue. I suspect there's a plan somewhere using issues in this project that has permissions locked down but I can't find it.
Is there any way to search to see what plans a specific issue is in? Or what plans use a specific project? I'm a full site admin and I can't find anything useful.
Or am I barking up the wrong tree and there's something entirely different blocking Edit Issue for these issue types?
