Can't edit "Label" and "Assignee"

I bridge the defect from Bugzilla to Jira, and want to edit the "Label" and "Assignee"

But I don't find how to edit it .

I put the mouse cursor on these area,but not prompt to edit

Hi @Lu Xu ,

you need to perform the following checks :

• Verify that your user has Assignee Permissions in the project permission scheme
• Verify that fields label and assignee are in the Edit screen
