Hello, I'm trying to set my team's Jira software project to public, and after seeing that I'd need to upgrade my Jira account to the Standard plan in order to change roles and project permissions, I started my free trial and went back to the Access page under Project settings, and it still has the same notification above the user list.
Does anybody know why this is? Do I need to wait for a while after activating my plan? Does everyone in my team need to upgrade to a Standard plan?

Are you still having this issue?
I have seen that it can take a few minutes for the upgrade to be recognized within the product screens. And make sure that you refresh the screen.
