Can't find 'Issue links' section

I'm reading http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Linking+Issues, already linked one issue to another, but can't find this 'section' in my Jira: (screenshot from manual)

Where is it?

This section is not shown, if there aren't any issue links yet. Go to More Actions --> Link to add an issue link. Then the sections gets displayed.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You might need to go to Admin -> Linking to enable it too - linking is turned off by default. Also check the permission scheme for the project - that can stop linking being offered to a user as well.
