I installed Jira app to my slack and connect to my Jira account.

Jira has issues that I assign to my-self but in slack "/jira issue-num" can't find that issue.

Hi @NXKR Manager ,

A project needs to be connected to a particular channel in Slack for the issue command to work. You can see which Jira projects are connected to a Slack channel by using the /jira manage command in the channel. Once the KEX project is connected (you can mute the notifications in the Jira interface if you don't want notifications), then the issue key mention will trigger a preview and you can use /jira KEX-19 to take action on the issue.

As an aside, using the full URL for the issue (e.g. yoursite.atlassian.net/browse/KEX-19 ) will always trigger an issue preview, regardless of if the project is already connected or not.

Cheers,
Daniel
